If you want to pick up your material and you know what you need, you don't need to place an order ahead of time. If you need to check stock or get pricing, please contact us before you arrive. However if you are getting your order picked up by a third party, please contact us to ensure your material will be available for pickup and ready if possible. Please note that getting your order ready ahead of time is a special request and may not always be available.
If you would like to check stock or get pricing, please e-mail or fax your list and we will reply as soon as we can (see Contact Us). Please ensure you include your company name; all information required for replying; the quantity of each item (e.g. number of lengths, total feet, or total weight); all dimensions, (e.g. thickness or gauge, outside dimension, sheet size); and date material is required if not immediately.
When you arrive to pick up your order, there's no need to come in the office first. Go in the yard and get one of the employees to help you load your material, then go in the office to pay. However, if you have requested to have your order ready for pickup, please check if it has been done before you ask for help so we do not duplicate your order.
For customers who are PST exempt, we require a PST form filled out accurately and completely and signed by an authorized person before you are invoiced. We will not issue refunds for PST if we have issued an invoice.

We recommend Guaranteed Delivery for third party delivery. They will need the weight and length of your order and will require that you pre-arrange with us your pick-up time and payment, to reduce waiting.
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Interac, and company cheque. For orders over one thousand dollars paid by cheque, and for all new customers who wish to pay by cheque, we require a certified cheque or bank draft.
Please note we do not issue refunds. There are no returns of any kind on cut material. We charge a 25% restocking fee on uncut material; the balance is available as credit on future purchases.
